Our team

Founders and leadership.

Founded by two engineers and operated across Los Angeles and London, with one aim: data exchange that works the same across devices and environments.

CEO, Head of Strategy & Director of Research

Kurt Sather

Kurt sets the company's strategy and builds much of its technology. An engineer working in TypeScript, Python, SQL and React, he specializes in statistically grounded systems and in taking SaaS products from first iteration to market release. As Director of Research he leads the research program, from the public-data indexes to the health track. He also serves as Chief Data Officer at Leanback Digital, where he curates supply and demand across the programmatic marketplace. His earlier career in sales, digital operations and strategic planning for media and publishing produced the company's first data product.

CTO & Product Engineer

Shivani Patel

Shivani leads engineering and owns the product roadmap across consumer monetization and data systems. Her background covers software development, systems architecture, scaling servers in live environments and cross-platform API integration. She works in JavaScript, Java, Kotlin, BrightScript, Python, MySQL, React and Node.

Chief Data Officer

Adam Walsh

Adam leads data strategy and architecture across the platform. A Los Angeles engineer and founder, he was an early engineer at Honey, the browser-extension company acquired by PayPal for $4 billion in 2020, and he contributes to open-source infrastructure, including Google's Node.js client for Cloud Spanner.

Lee Wright

Lee directs the London office and leads the company's expansion across the UK and Europe, with responsibility for its international interests and business administration.
